Weddings With The Crush
A wedding with The Crush is an experience not to be missed. From the first note to the last dance, we create the perfect soundtrack for your big day. Whether it’s the romantic atmosphere of your ceremony, the relaxed vibe of your drinks reception, or the full-on party with our high-energy evening band, The Crush have every moment covered.
With seamless transitions between each part of the day and a setlist tailored to suit you and your guests, The Crush ensure your wedding is unforgettable for all the right reasons.
What will the band wear?
You will find us looking like we are attending a funeral. Just kidding, we wear black on black. So the boys are in black shirts and slacks (no jeans here) and C will be dressed in black aswell.
Can I pick the bands playlist?
We do our utmost to taylor make every wedding set list to ensure that EVERYONE is catered for . We can give you a sample playlist or a prior playlist to guve you and idea of what we can do.
We will cover your 1st dance unless you tell us otherwise. But if you want us to learn a genre, let us know. We’ll do our utmost to sneak it in.
We also like it when our clients tells us what songs they don’t want to hear – that way we can avoid those songs.
How long do the band play for?
We play for approx. 2/2.5 hours. For weddings, depending on the venue there is a small break in there for your evening nibbles. We don’t contend with your evening food. Plus we want to make sure that everyone is sufficiently fed and watered for round 2.
Do I have to sign anything to book the band?
Yes, we have a booking form that we’ll send once you are 100% certain we are the band for you.
How much is the bands booking fee?
To secure your wedding date with us we require a €300 booking fee.
The booking fee is deducted from the overall agreed wedding band quote total.
We will guide you on this process and email you all the information needed.
The only way to 100% secure your wedding date with The Crush is to pay the booking fee.
Where can we see you play?
We play regular gigs around the country, keep an eye on our Gig Calendar for upcoming public gigs.
These public gigs are a great way to hear the band as we play a wide variety of music genres to live audiences.
If you do come along and would like to have a chat, find C. She’d be more than happy to chat (especially at set up or take down times)
Where is the band based?
We’re based in Dublin but most definately will travel nationwide.
